We were introduced to Elsy through our partnership with our friends at AFAORCA in Costa Rica in early 2025. We have loved her Honey-processed coffee and serve it to you as a true light roast that brings out the brightness in her coffee. We often serve this coffee on Drip in our coffee shops.
