With a nod to our dear friend, Mariano, we named this coffee Bici Beans after his incredible pour over coffee bar on his bicycle that he'd serve friends and guests in downtown San Jose, Costa Rica. This coffee is a vibrant mix of beans that captures the essence of Costa Rica’s origin notes. A lovely balance of sweetness and bright acidity, complemented by a smooth finish, this makes for a perfect iced coffee or a refreshing morning brew.
