We have loved working with Andrés and his daughter Bianca since meeting them on our very first trip to Costa Rica in early 2024. We have had the honor to learn so much from them, and lean on them to help understand the coffee industry from their perspective as coffee farmers. Andrés specializes in ultra-premium and experimental coffees and routinely score 89+ points.
We fell in love with this coffee from the moment of our first sip. It is a honey processed coffee, then put through the Anaerobic (without oxygen) process that leaves you with this incredibly elegant, yet complex coffee that drinks tea-like. We often have this coffee at our coffee shops as an option for pour over, our favorite is over a V60.
